The surface of the hotel is 533 m2 on four floors above ground, with a total capacity of 34 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped restaurant (34 seats inside) with a spacious outdoor terrace of 100 m2 (60 seats right next to the beach), bar, kitchen, reception, guest toilets, staff bathroom and storage. On the first and second floor there are 10 rooms (two and three beds) with bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with TV, internet, air conditioning and a small balcony. The rooms have been prepared for the installation of mini-block kitchens so that they can easily be transformed into studio apartments. On the third floor there are two apartments. The entire building is south oriented and offers views of the sea, islands and beautiful pebble beach in front of the hotel from every corner of the house. Parking is provided for all hotel guests. The location of this hotel is ideal for investing in tourism.
